MEET THE TEAM

Husband and wife team of Steve Nemethy and Sylvia Peters combine over 20 years of industry experience to a create a dynamic training session, always ensuring our clients are exercising in a motivating, safe and fun environment that creates sustainable lasting results.

SYLVIA PETERS

Co-Owner and Coach

I love to focus on a variety of different training styles with the blend of weight training and Pilates to increase clients overall body performance and strength.

STEVE NEMETHY

Co-Owner and Head Coach

I start by introducing basic self-care of soft tissues, then progressing into basic primal and functional movement. After mastering the basics we move into more advanced lifting techniques and learning different equipment relevant to the client.

MATT MILLER

Athletic Therapist CAT(C)

Matt is a certified Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With over seven years of experience, he has worked with athletes of all levels, including NHL players. He has a Ph.D. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and takes a health and longevity approach to training.

MARISSA GORJIZADEH

CanFitPro & Precision Nutrition

Marissa is certified certified in CanFitPro and Precision Nutrition with a unique perspective and holistic approach to fitness. She specializes in discovering adaptive training techniques to accommodate her clients' needs. Marissa is a resilient and dedicated personal trainer, defying expectations as an amputee. She empowers individuals of all fitness levels to achieve their goals.
